This policy explains the information viddeep processes to provide account access, image and video generation, storage, billing, safety screening, and support.
Information we process
We process Google sign-in identifiers and profile information, prompts and generation settings, uploaded images, videos and audio, generated media, credit transactions, payment and subscription identifiers, and information you send to support. Session cookies keep you signed in. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider, not collected through viddeep forms.
Why we process information
We use this information to operate your account, fulfill generation requests and purchases, show your library and credit history, prevent misuse, screen content, resolve support requests, and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, processing is based on performing our contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service operation, or consent where required.
Service providers and international processing
Authentication services provide sign-in. Waffo processes purchases when offered at checkout. Cloud storage services store uploaded and generated media. AI processing services receive prompts, settings, and reference media links for processing by the selected AI model. For non-paying users, Waffo also receives prompt text, style and any negative prompt for pre-generation content screening. Users with a verified positive live payment that has not been fully refunded skip this scan. Providers may process data in other countries under their own privacy terms and applicable safeguards. Do not submit sensitive or confidential material you are not authorized to share with these providers.
Media access and public upload links
Your library interface requires sign-in. However, uploaded reference files use permanent public R2 URLs: anyone who obtains a file URL can read the file while it remains stored. These upload URLs do not automatically expire. Generated-file downloads may use temporary signed links, but expiration of a link does not delete the underlying file. A public domain exposing the same storage bucket may also expose objects at their direct URLs. Do not treat uploaded or generated media as confidential storage.
Retention
Completed uploads, generated files, prompts, and generation history are retained to provide your library until deletion is arranged or retention is otherwise required. Unfinished uploads are removed by the scheduled cleanup process. Billing and credit records may be kept as required for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Model and payment providers have their own retention practices. A credit expiration date or expired download link does not determine file retention.
Your privacy choices and requests
Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, or to object to or restrict processing where applicable. We may verify your identity before acting. There is currently no self-service deletion of accounts or completed media; support handles requests, subject to applicable retention requirements. Stopping use or signing out does not delete previously stored files. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Cookies and updates
We use authentication cookies for sessions and may store interface preferences such as theme and language on your device. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in. We will update this policy when our processing changes; the date above identifies this version.
Contact & Support
Contact us about billing, cancellations, refunds, privacy requests, or content abuse. We respond within 3 business days. Never send passwords or complete payment card details.
