These terms govern your use of viddeep, an independent interface for creating and editing images and videos using third-party AI models. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
Service and model providers
viddeep provides tools, a generation history, and credit-based access to third-party AI models through integrated AI services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the model creators. Model availability and output quality can vary. AI output may contain errors; review it before publishing or relying on it.
Accounts and eligibility
Use accurate account information and protect your Google account and sessions. You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms; if you act for an organization, you must have its authorization. Do not share accounts to evade restrictions or abuse free credits.
Content and acceptable use
You must have the rights and consent necessary to upload and process your inputs. NSFW, explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, and harmful content generation is prohibited, as are face-swap, deepfake, and face-manipulation uses. Do not generate exploitative material, impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual property, or bypass moderation. We may block requests or suspend accounts for abuse. Prices, renewal, and credits
Prices are displayed in USD on Pricing and confirmed at checkout, including any applicable taxes and discounts. Monthly subscriptions renew each month; annual subscriptions renew each year and grant all yearly credits upfront after confirmed payment. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no renewal. Each subscription purchase creates a separate subscription with separate renewal charges; buying another plan does not replace or cancel earlier subscriptions. Each credit grant remains valid for 10 years from its grant date, carries over between periods, and expires individually. Credits are for viddeep services and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other users.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage and cancel each subscription from your Billing page, including through the payment provider portal where available. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund past payments. Existing unexpired credits keep their original expiration dates. Confirmed failed generations return the reserved credits; this is a credit adjustment, not a cash refund. Cash refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Successful payment refunds recover the associated credits proportionally; any shortfall offsets future credit grants.
Payments through Waffo
Waffo is the payment channel configured for new purchases on viddeep. Payment methods, the amount payable, applicable taxes, discounts, and payment documentation are shown or provided at checkout. viddeep provides the generation service and product support. Contact viddeep support about purchases, cancellations, or refunds. Waffo also provides the prompt screening described in our Acceptable Use and Privacy Policies.
Output rights and service changes
We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright protection. Commercial use depends on the selected model terms and your rights to the inputs and output. You remain responsible for obtaining required permissions. We may change features or these terms; changes do not remove your mandatory consumer rights or retroactively change the recorded credit allowance for an already completed purchase.

Contact support for service complaints, account restrictions, or billing issues. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer or privacy rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
