This policy applies to all users, including free accounts, and to prompts, uploaded media, generated outputs, templates, and sharing through viddeep.
Prohibited sexual and exploitative content
Do not request, upload, generate, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, explicit, sexually suggestive, or exploitative content. Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, and sexualized depictions of real people are prohibited.
Harm, deception, and rights violations
Do not use viddeep for face swaps, deepfakes, or face manipulation; impersonation or deceptive depictions of real people; harassment, threats, hateful abuse, or promotion of violence; fraud, illegal activity, or privacy and intellectual-property infringement. Upload only media you are authorized to process and share with our service providers.
No circumvention
Do not disguise prohibited prompts, circumvent content controls, automate abuse, repeatedly probe blocked content, or use multiple accounts to bypass limits. Permission from another service does not override this policy.
Screening and enforcement
User prompts and other text supplied to the generation model are screened through Creem before generation. Denied or flagged requests are blocked. If screening is unavailable, generation pauses without charging credits. Text screening does not guarantee that an input or output is appropriate; you must still review all output and follow this policy. We may restrict access, suspend abusive accounts, and remove prohibited content.
Report abuse or appeal a decision
Contact support with the relevant generation identifier or page link and a concise explanation. Do not attach prohibited material. You may ask us to review an incorrect restriction. We respond within 3 business days.

Contact us about billing, cancellations, refunds, privacy requests, or content abuse. We respond within 3 business days. Never send passwords or complete payment card details.
