EFFECT GUIDE
Natural Human Motion AI Video Effect
Small actions are useful for evaluating human movement. A person looking up from a book gives you clear things to inspect: the direction of the head turn, the position of the hands, and the continuity of clothing. This workflow is for original scenes with adults. It helps you direct a shot, while anatomy and identity still need review after generation.

Start with this prompt
An adult reader sits beside a window, closes a book gently, and looks toward the afternoon light. Medium shot, relaxed natural movement, hands remain visible, consistent clothing, a steady camera, no text.
Refine and review
- Describe a plausible action with a clear beginning and end. Avoid asking a short clip to include walking, dancing, sitting, and speaking.
- If exact likeness matters, use a permitted source photo in Image to Video instead, with restrained movement. Exact identity is not guaranteed.
