How are credits used?
Start free, then choose a plan for more credits. Generation charges depend on the model and settings. Each purchase or gift of credits is valid for 10 years from the date it is added and rolls over across billing periods until expiry. Confirmed failed tasks are refunded.
Can I upload product images?
Reference uploads use permanent public file links. Anyone with a link can access the file while it remains stored. Generation sends prompts and reference media to AI processing services. For non-paying users, prompt text, style and any negative prompt are also sent to Waffo for content screening before generation. Users with a verified positive live payment that has not been fully refunded skip this scan. Do not upload confidential material; read the Privacy Policy.
Which model is used?
Use Qwen Image 3.0 and Pro for image generation and editing, Wan 3.0 for video generation, and Wan 2.7 or Seedance 2.5 for video editing. Choose a tool to see its available models and settings.
Can customers manage billing?
Yes. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You can manage your subscription from the billing page.
